If you can’t see your steps updating to your HealthyWage dashboard, there is a 99% chance the problem is with the Primary Sync (that is, the connection between your Activity Device and the Activity Device Website/Mobile App), or the device itself.

First, make sure you can see your steps on your Activity Device Website or Mobile App.
