How do I get paid?
You will be paid via PayPal. Paypal will charge a fee of 2.9% + A$ .36.
How long does it take to get paid?
Your payment will process in two to five days.
Where is my PayPal payout?
You should see your PayPal payment no later than 5 days from the date of your payout request.
If you do not see it, please contact accounting@healthywage.com.
Note: If your PayPal email address is different than the email address associated with your HealthyWage account, or if you change your HealthyWage account email address after your initial registration, your payout could be delayed by a few days. This is a security measure done for your protection.
Where do I find my payment in my PayPal account?
The HealthyWage PayPal payment should be reflected in your PayPal balance almost immediately after HealthyWage processes it. To view all transactions and activity, log in to your PayPal account and check your recent activity.
My challenge victory was announced; when will I receive my prize?
Your HW Points will be added to your account the evening of the challenge announcement (you can request a cash payout immediately after that if you would like). You should also receive an email the evening of the announcement confirming that the points have been added to your account. If you don’t see this email, please check your spam folder.
Where do I find my HW Points?
It’s super easy. If you’ve won a challenge, you will receive multiple emails with links to the HW Points section of your HealthyWage account. You can also view your HW Points anytime by clicking the three dots on the upper right corner of your dashboard (on the HealthyWage website) and then selecting “HW Points.”
Do my HW Points expire?
Your HW Points will expire after 12 months of inactivity.
