It's week 5 and we're cruising through this challenge! Your initial motivation and excitement might be starting to wind down just a little, and we're here to tell you - don't worry! It's perfectly normal.
The Truth: Motivation for weight loss comes and goes. You're not alone if you're feeling less than motivated right now or at anytime through this challenge! When was the last time your motivation remained high throughout the entire process?
A lot of people quit on their weight loss goals because they lose motivation. Excuse alert! We do things all the time we don't feel motivated to do (you got to work this morning, right?). And most of the time, when we do those things anyway, we're successful in the end. Next time your motivation is low to eat right, be more active, or to plan or prepare ahead of time, do the right thing anyway. With time, your consistency will pay off, and you'll find your motivation will circle back around. Head on over to the support room, and tell us what you "did anyway" this week!
