What you need to do to ENTER:
Film a VIDEO of you saying:
“I won (Your Prize Amount) for losing (Your Pounds Lost), Of Course (CHOOSE 1 PROMPT from list below)”
Example: “I won over $1,600 for losing 35 pounds, OF COURSE I spent that money on some new clothes”
Prompt List:
1. How you spent your prize money
Example ‘“Of course I spent my money on a vacation”
2. Something you can do NOW, that you could not do before losing weight
Example “Of course I can now keep up with my grandkids”
3. Something you had to do after losing weight
Example “Of course I had to go out and buy new clothes”
4. What’s an interesting/shocking/fun/unusual effect of losing weight?
Example “Of course now I have all this excess skin!”
5. What is a health benefit you’ve experienced after losing weight?
Example “Of course I no longer have to take blood pressure medication”
Tip #1: Have fun with it! Think outside the box, give us something raw/emotional, demonstrate what you’re talking about, or tell us something outrageous! The sky is the limit!
Tip #2: Watch the examples and see how people are not only saying their statements,
they are moving around while talking. The movement makes the video more interesting and engaging.
IMPORTANT:
All video submissions must begin with
“I won (prize amount) for losing (XX LBS), Of course…..”
Shooting specifications:
• Must film in good lighting!!!
• Speak clearly and at a good volume
• Film all videos vertically
• Add an extra 1-3 seconds in the beginning and end of your video
• Please, turn off all ACs, fans, and other loud devices while filming
• Ensure your environment and video are aesthetically pleasing
• Use a clean, not distracting background
• Please, do NOT use any filters or color editing to your submitted videos
• Avoid wearing clothes with logos

CONTEST PERIOD
The window for posting your video following the Of Course Trend as stated above starts on March 21, 2024 and ends at 11:59PM PT April 07, 2024. All entries must be posted on or before the time stated during that submission period. HealthyWage reserves the right to extend or shorten the contest at their sole discretion.
ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to participants who are legal residents of their respective countries where not prohibited by law, and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. HealthyWage has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant. In order to be eligible for the $250 prize, you must be a HealthyWager winner.
WINNER SELECTION
All eligible videos that are submitted through the contest form and posted on Facebook, Instagram, and/or TikTok, will be gathered by HealthyWage. Winner will be contacted via email by HealthyWage directly on April 12, 2023
PRIZE:
$250 cash prize, which will be applied to your HW Points for winner selected by the HealthyWage team.
Winner will also be a featured success story that includes a 1-on-1 interview with HealthyWage’s media team!
