About the Position
We’re looking for an experienced and organized Product Owner Manager with a passion for delivering an amazing user experience. The ideal candidate will exemplify just the right balance of analytical and creative skills; you love developing a detailed written procedure or flowchart just as much as contributing design input. You appreciate a beautiful spreadsheet just as much as a beautiful mobile app or website. You’re an exceptional project manager, adept at collaborating with various teams to drive a compelling roadmap. You’re also tenacious, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and need very little oversight to be effective and meet deadlines.
What You’ll Do:
-Serve on our team of user experience experts. Together you will assess needs, fill product gaps, generate new ideas, and drive the evolution of those ideas into intuitive and engaging products and features.
-Define and articulate product requirements into descriptive (not prescriptive) documentation. This includes product briefs, user stories, process flows, wireframes, work tickets, etc.
-Work with leadership and the product & engineering team to develop product plans and roadmaps.
-Scope and prioritize activities based on business needs and customer impact.
-Work with UX/UI designers to gather feedback and validate designs.
-Work with internal teams to produce product announcements, support documentation, etc.
-Facilitate communication across all product phases and proactively alert leadership and other stakeholders to changes to scope, timelines, resources, and vendor management issues.
-Take full ownership of your projects from creation, through launch, and continually via iterations and updates. Monitor and report on KPIs for your projects, including next steps and future plans.
Your performance will be measured by your ability to consistently deliver against milestones to drive execution of the HealthyWage product roadmap.
Required Qualifications:
-4+ years’ experience in product management/ownership.
-Strong academic record with at least a bachelor’s degree (we will consider applicants who don’t meet this requirement but have particularly exceptional professional experience).
-Expert-level knowledge of JIRA/Atlassian and Google Suite. High familiarity with reporting and BI tools.
-Exceptionally strong project management skills.
-Strong analytical and reporting skills.
